Friends of Drepung Gomang Monastery

  Friends of Drepung Gomang Monastery is a non-profit, tax exempt organization, incorporated in April 1999 by Andreas Kurz as the supporting branch of Drepung Gomang Monastery in the United States.  It is a 501(C)(3) – under federal statute, tax I.D. number (EIN: 13-4005994).  All donations are tax deductible and may be sent to:

  Greg Schultz: coordinator of the 2001-2002 US monastery tour group.

  Andreas Kurz: president, founder, and executive director of Friends of Drepung Gomang Monastery.  He organized the monastery’s first tour to the United States in 1999 and invited the monks to return for a second tour.
